Many people call the west coast of the USA a dream. After we traveled from San Francisco to Vancouver we can understand this very well. The range the landscape offers goes from rough cliffs to beaches many, many kilometres long ending in a far distant horizon, ideal for enjoyable evening or morning walks.
And in the evening when the view goes west over the ocean one can see sunsets in all different shades of red.
In addition to that there are the mountains in the back country, small pleasant towns and much maritime wildlife like sealions or dolphins.
Further north we went to some islands and visited Seattle. And the autumn came with huge steps, but we reached Vancouver under a clear sunny sky and closed the second chapter of our journey with
these pictures.
